Many phone-bound people have started to live with their smartphones. Even while sleeping they tend to keep it beside them with their internet connection switched on, as if they are going to make business deals at midnight. This attitude should be strictly prohibited. Also avoid using your phone at least half an hour before going to bed. Taking a glance of all the social media sites before sleeping might wreck our sleep. So stay away from your phone to get a good night sleep. Good Night and sweet dreams!
