constant workout for a prolonged period will help our body to strengthen our
immune system. So common cold, fever and many such ailments could thus be prevented.
Self-confidence will reach its peak. No more hesitation will be an obstacle in
every try. It is advisable to do workout for 15 to 30 minutes in order to keep
the brain fresh and active. The main caution before workout is high BP. This
high blood pressure is a silent killer. So to keep this pressure in control,
one must do workouts in a steady and constant way suited for that individual.
