PIMPLE PROBLEM? READ THIS!


Today, not only ladies even gents tend to struggle with pimple problems. All the beauty is lost due these pimples which appear due to increased ‘oil and dirt mixture’ accumulation over the skin surface. Though they are alarming issues there are simple solutions. Let’s look into the remedies.
Tomato contains high levels of anti-oxidant. This can be of a good cure. Apply the mashed tomatoes, massage it, and leave it for few minutes and then wash your face.
 If you want to get good results over night then it is recommended to use a mixture of water with lime extract. Apply this over your face and in the morning you will see that your pimples would have dried-up, which might fall sometime later. To reduce the concentration of the lime extract, mix it with either oil or butter. But do not apply lime extract without diluting it.

A smash of poppy seeds with milk proves to be an even more effective remedy. You can witness results only if you use these regularly. Use whatever treatment suits you.

As a food or rather we can call it by the following terms:

Let me justify these terms. Papaya is considered to be a very nutritious fruit and taking / having it in diet means having a balanced diet. People might have come across many syrups or tablets getting advertised, for digestive solutions. But ‘Papaya’ is the king to all these because it enhances the digestion with the help of ‘papsin’ which has the property of breaking down even the hard food molecules. Therefore it is recommended to take papaya while having a non-veg feast.
As a skin savior, the papaya compliments with an enriched amount of vitamin D. This vitamin D is absorbed by the fruit, from the sun, more efficiently than anything.
                                    Papaya effectively cures and prevents many diseases like gastric problems, piles, jaundice etc. It   plays a prominent role in killing tuberculosis bacteria. QUALITIES

         
From this article onward I’m going to discuss the qualities that either one should possess or that one should discover from inside (when found missing). The latter idea is true, because most people think that they don’t have certain qualities. But this is not so. Every one of us has all the qualities, it only matters how we discover it and bring those qualities to our outlooks.
The first qualities is ‘bravery’. As did Chanakya say, “Destroy all your fears” as soon as they appear. Bring on braveness. Because braveness can be attributed to youthfulness. It doesn’t matter even if you are old, but being brave will give you a youthful attitude and outlook. For youngsters, the fact is obvious. The ground reality at present is that no one wants to be brave. If someone faces a problem in the public, no one is ready to help that concerned person. They fear of getting into a trouble. In that case ‘getting troubles for a good cause’ is happily acceptable. Face the trouble bravely and watch the magic happen. All of your trouble will come to the size of a pebble, which then can be thrown off.
                Evolutionary changes, corporate and commercial life, and so on has led to such a type of pitiable “no-help rendering mentality”. I’m neither exhorting to quarrel nor to be submissive but at least you can maintain “a neutral and constant state of braveness in coming forward to help others in problems that appear publicly”. If happened to witness an accident – one could call an ambulance immediately and within its arrival, could also give first aid to the victim.
                This-is-the-‘braveness’ that I’m insisting and not that ‘braveness’ to fight in a fierce battlefield as a soldiers.

                People are not foolish to tell that they don’t know all this. All of us is a wise person and we know how to behave and what to possess. So, I need not tell more.

I CAME ACROSS THIS

Venezuela’s founder ‘Simon’ was once gifted with a priceless revolver by a French Lord. This gun was a product of the famous ‘Versailles’ company which got it ’s reputation from it ’s owner Nicholas Noyal who once made guns for Napoleon Bonaparte. This gun was made from an alloy gold and silver. It was recently auctioned for a sum of 12 crores! Simon was responsible for the independence of many South American countries from the clutches of Spanish Colony.

I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS

RIVER TRANSPORT IN INDIA
            Just like road transport, we have forgotten, in these years, the most unused and ancient and traditional way of transport .As the title suggests, the left out access is the 'river transport.’ Rivers and rivulets adorn the country of India. But the matter is that only 0.1% of it is being used. I’m not exhorting to use it as a mode of transport like the road and thereby polluting it and making it disgusting to all living beings.
            The river transport can be used as an alternate way for transporting certain goods through boats. But concerning Kerala one might get a vision of hand driven wooden boats called “Kattumaram”. Similarly, there is enhanced river transport in Assam regions and regions of Ganga and Narmada in West Bengal and Gujarat respectively. Other countries like Japan, South Korea, USA and so on tend to use these alternate methods of river transport in a more efficient way.
            The merits of river transport is that there is great possibility of emergence of new towns around these rivulets. Also, the pollution from cars (which emit carbon) can be reduced. Traffic could be controlled in a more efficient way.
            Also several steps have been undertaken by the central govt. which has allotted funds for about 1 lakh crore. 26% of the work would be done by the state govt. The Buckingham canal was a path for transporting goods to Chennai. Now,  measures would be taken in order to connect TamilNadu and AndhraPradesh through this canal. Also within 2 years the cleaning process of Yamuna would be over so that tourists from Delhi could reach Taj Mahal through river transport.

            This is a great issue and also a good measure taken by the govt. and its interest is to be greatly valued and appreciated.

EXERCISES FOR DESKBOUND PEOPLE

People who are deskbound and who have no time to get up will face serious problems and have to tackle many ailments of immobility. To avoid this it is necessary to take frequent breaks in order to avoid stress piling. But frequent breaks may make your boss to frown upon you. Therefore it is vital to do something healthy even when you are in work mode. One fact is that ‘fidgeting of legs’ while sitting gives mobility to your ‘so far not moved limb’, thereby causing some blood flow. Because while sitting most of the people would not tend to move their limbs. They might result in varicose vein in the later stages of life. So fidgeting helps to avoid this misery in future, up to some extent.

 Then focus must be done on the hands. If you are constantly typing, it may seem that your fingers are getting some exercise. But this is not purely true. Constant movement may cause some swelling. So therefore clench your hands and massage your fingers and palms. The neck region is not an exception. Move your neck along with your head from front to back, then from left to right. Lean backwards against the chair with the head resting on your hands, placed behind the neck. Close your eyes and stay put for a few minutes.

Closing eyes and shutting down your mind is necessary at least once in every half hour. And do not drink coffee frequently. Because, though it keeps you brisk, it secretly deters your system to artificially control the sleepiness/ stress/ whatever it might be. Try listening to ‘sounds of nature’ to provoke brisk attitude.

Your seat should be positioned at such a height to make sure that you don’t view the computer screen with much strain. Try to touch your feet by keeping it stretched towards the wall. But don’t bend your knees.

One last advice is that if you are new to this kind of seat bound or deskbound work, try to accustom yourself with the sitting posture by practising squats. Happy working!


STABILISE YOUR LIFE


Always it is better to have a positive attitude rather than having a negative one. While the latter is the remarkable tone in most of the people, somehow one should overcome it. NEVER LET THE NOTE OF MELANCHOLY overpower you. Listening to sad music, correlating life’s incidents with the sorrowful scenes of the movies, frustration, being angry and lazy and self-sympathy or pity- all these are not going to help in any way. I’m not exhorting to stay away from your problems, but I’m only saying to live happily with the company of your problems.
                                  Few people have changed their woes and problems into a dull pleasure. By thinking their woes, they derive some sort of self-pity and knowingly or unknowingly they seem to enjoy it. This is not a good attitude. The only purpose of thinking about your sorrows, is providing you with ‘unyielding endeavor’ to overcome your woes. Only, motivation should be derived from your problems and not self-sympathy or any kind of dull enjoyment from it.
                                 Doing what you don’t like and longing for a happy time to come, is ridiculous and absurd. There is no such thing called as a happy time. Every minute is a happy one, but the fact is that we are not noticing it. At times, i.e., during intervals of your frustrating routines, do what you like and do what makes you happy and elated. On the contrary people convince their minds to do what they like, only during the time of a vacation which may come, perhaps, after a year of strenuous routine. This prolonged duration of doing what you don’t like, will develop a steady state of sadness in you, like a drop of poison in a can of milk. Then, even if you go on for a vacation after this prolonged period, you probably won’t be able to enjoy it to the fullest. Also, even then, you will have a sad mind and thoughts of the upcoming works to be finished.
                                    But if you stabilize your life by doing happy deeds then and there, your melancholy will be counteracted by the happiness that occurs often. This is like cleaning your teeth daily to get rid of the germs then and there, so as to avoid total decay of teeth. Enhance the intensity of happy feelings in your daily life apart from your routine.
                                   My conclusion is simple, try to live both with happiness and sadness but clear your sadness then and there with the happiness you derive from doing the deeds which you love the most.

             If you are pregnant and do you happen to experience frequent mild pains, then mostly these pains are due to body heat. The best remedy for this is to drink this preparation: a glass of water, which is drained after boiling rice in it, with a small scoop of butter mixed with it. Also  avoid using your phone at least half an hour before going to bed. Taking a glance of all the social media sites before sleeping might wreck our sleep. பணம் பாதாளம் வரை பாயும் என்பதற்கு நம் கண் முன்னே ஓர் சான்று!

நான் பலமுறை யோசித்ததுண்டு, இந்த நூற்றாண்டில் வாழும்  சாமியார்கள் ஏன் கோடி கோடியாக சொத்துக்கள் குவித்துள்ளனர் என்று காரணம் தேடி ,காலங்கள் கடந்து விட்ட நிலையில் சட்டென்று உண்மை புரிந்தது.
    இவ்வளவு பணத்தை வைத்துக்கொண்டு ஒரு மனிதன் கை தனியே கால் தனியே என்று ஒவ்வொரு சொகுசு கார்களிலும் தனித்தனியே பயணிக்க முடியாது .மேலும் பத்து வகை உணவையும் ஒரே சமயத்தில் வாயில் திணிக்க முடியாது .அவனுக்கு எத்தனை மாளிகைகள் இருந்தாலும் ஒரே வீட்டில்தான் இருக்கமுடியும் ,அதுவும் கூட ஒரு அறையில் தான், ஒரு சமயத்தில் வசிக்க முடியும்.. காற்றைப்போல் தன் அறையைக் கூட அவனால் நிரப்ப முடியாது .
     பிறகு ,அவ்வளவு கோடி பணம் எதற்காக? உண்ணவா? உடுக்கவா ? பிறரைக் கெடுக்கவா ? பிறரைக் கெடுக்கத்தான் என்று சொன்னாலும் ஓரளவுத்தான் பொருந்தும். ஏன் எனில் எவ்வளவு பேரின் குடியைத்தான்,தன் வாழ் நாளில் ஒரு மனிதன் அழிக்கமுடியும் ? சொல்லுங்களேன் .
     ஆனால் நான் புரிந்த உண்மை யாதெனில் , கண்டிப்பாக இந்த வாழும்  சாமியார்கள் பணம் சேர்க்க (சம்பாதிப்பதல்ல) சில “கோல்மால்” சில “தகிடுதித்தம்” போன்ற வேலைகளை செய்தாக வேண்டும் .அதனால் என்றோ வரக் கூடிய பிரச்சினையிலிருந்து தப்பிக்க இந்த பணம் உதவுகிறது. என்று சொன்னால் மிகையாகாது.
    தனக்கு பிற்காலத்தில் வைக்கப்படும் “ஆப்புகளை” அகற்றவும் அப்பணம் ஆதரவளிக்கிறது .எவ்வளவு சர்ச்சையில் சிக்கி ,பரபரப்பாக மீடியாக்களில் பேசப்பட்டாலும் வந்த வேகத்திலேயே அத்தனையும் மாயமாகிவிடுகிறது .இதிலிருந்தே தெரியவில்லையா, பணம் பாதாளம் வரை பாயுமென்று .ஆகையால் கெட்டவர்களுக்கு நல்லவர்களால் வைக்கப்படும் “ஆப்பை” அசைக்க  ஒரு குரங்கு தேவை ,அதுவே பணம்.
ஆகவே இதுதான் பணத்தை சேமிப்பதன் நோக்கம் என்பது புலனாகிறது. எனவே காரணம் புரிந்த நிம்மதியுடன் துயிலச் சென்றேன்.

TIME MANAGEMENT

                          It is not enough by merely saying that ‘Time is precious than pearl’. Comprehension of the value of time and manipulating it in order to gain betterment of life, is necessary. People have many flaws. And one among them, is grave and serious, is the lack of proper time management. Punctuality is a feature of time management. This punctuality cannot be simply stated as ‘arriving on time’. It has a lot more meaning than this. Starting early is more important for arriving on time. One cannot simply blame the traffic and transport problems. Because to reach a place which is important, should start earlier, such that to get there an hour earlier than the scheduled time. If this is followed, then we can understand that blaming the transport problems, is an utter waste and is indifferent. But on rare occasions one may get stuck into problems like these. I guess, that wouldn’t be a matter if it happens rarely.
                           While delivering a speech certain conventions are to be followed with reference to time. You should fix the duration for each section of your speech and must stick on to it. At the same time glancing the watch regularly will cause lack of interest among the audience. And arriving at the venue very soon will make you a nervous person or whereas arriving late, makes you look like an irresponsible person. To avoid both the problems arrive on the right time, may be a 15 minutes earlier would do good.
                            One can have a watch by holding it along with the notepad and should make sure that the audience does not notice it. This helps you to complete your speech in time, making you to avoid getting cards indicating: ‘end speech as soon as possible’. The time duration of the speech can be short or more with respect to the presence of other speakers who are next in line. If some parts of your speech has taken elaborate time such that you don’t have time for the remaining, then summarize the remaining points. Even if you end the speech due to insufficiency of time, this should not be revealed to the audience. The speech, if ending very soon, to extend it, give notes or summary or guidelines to the audience to cooperate with the allotted time.
                              After all, the way how you manage your time will decide your temperament. So, manage time in such a way that no one should decide your character to be dull and lazy. 

DIETARY TECHNIQUES BEFORE WORK OUT

                It is good to have 30 to 40 black grams (soaked overnight) before workout. This would be utilized during workout. Few would lose the zeal of working out after a few days of practice. Such people could take some sips of coffee to gain energy for practice. The common experience during physical training is the pain in most parts of the body. This pain arises due to the reason that the part experiences new movements which it had not faced before. Also some muscle injury could also happen. This is all a natural convention. For this, a good wholesome cup of ginger tea is strongly recommended. To gain more energy, oxygen consumption should be high. Beetroots, when consumed raw or in liquid form would greatly help in increasing the level of intake of oxygen. Even for anaemic patients this “beetroot” would be enormously helpful. Blood circulation will be high due to the high intake of oxygen and therefore every cells would be rejuvenated.

Goodness of workout :-
                Continuous, constant workout for a prolonged period will help our body to strengthen our immune system. So common cold, fever and many such ailments could thus be prevented. Self-confidence will reach its peak. No more hesitation will be an obstacle in every try. It is advisable to do workout for 15 to 30 minutes in order to keep the brain fresh and active. The main caution before workout is high BP. This high blood pressure is a silent killer. So to keep this pressure in control, one must do workouts in a steady and constant way suited for that individual.

MY VIEW AS A REVIEW


Today I’m going to talk about the film “JASONBOURNE”. Dad’s death leads our hero to a mad race of vengeance. The actor Matt Damon has shown his extremity in the role of the protagonist. The suspense of unveiling the mystery is shown in a perfect way. The writers Paul Greengrass and Christopher Rouse have dealt the story with the thrill of solving a puzzle. Lots of tangles and untangling them by our Matt evokes a similar character in each of the audience. Concerning the musicians (John Powell and David Buckley) and the music, the audience acquire a steady state of enthusiasm throughout the movie. The direction, I guess, would have been tough. But it seems that Paul must have done it with much ease. All the other actors like Tommy lee jones and Riz Ahmed, and so on, have shown their skill from which the best could be drawn out. The sharpness of the scenes is enhanced by ‘3D’ technology. The elements of thrill, suspense and vengeance, tangles and untangling makes a delightful feast to our eyes.  

UNDERSTANDING LIFE

                What gives you more pleasure (but not earthbound pleasures)? Eternal pleasure is perpetual. Yes of course, there will be some goal/object you might want to reach or get in hold of to enjoy perpetual pleasure throughout your life. Go deep and deep in you to know what exactly you want in your life or rather what your life wants in you. A basic comprehensive skill of a rustic is not enough to know this. But most people don’t seem to need what they want. They have adapted to the needs of others around them and have become an embodiment of fulfilling other’s needs. But what about your needs? Perhaps, I guess, your needs would be fulfilled by someone else.
                On the whole, needs are full filled but who gains the enjoyment, of accomplishment, is only what matters here. LIVE YOUR LIFE, DON’T LIVE OTHERS LIFE. This is a kind of stealthy attitude that we have developed along the evolution due to the elements of jealousy.
                Our motives could hardly have room in this society. This existence is like living in a trance where you do something else instead of doing what is necessary. In this trance-life we should at times switch between your real motives and reel motives. Apart from the mad routine, give hours for your own life. But life is something beyond that. The thought of real motive gives us motivation to end this mad routine at once and to look for a lofty element in life. This thought rejuvenates us (as did in me).
                SO, SWITCH BETWEEN YOUR WORLD AND THIS WORLD. But it is hard to distinguish which is your world, because both the elements of your world & this world are mixed and mingled together. To find out the elements of your world demands a clear mind escorted by patience. Slow, steady and moderate zeal is necessary.
                That is why Osho did say “Sit for one hour and work it out. Don’t create any limitation anywhere. Whatsoever the limit be, just try to find what is beyond, and move and go on moving in order to look at existence as a vast oneness”

                I conclude by saying that it is  only our comprehension of life which will make us draw something out of obscurity. The thing that comes from the dark obscurity need not be scary because bright day comes only out of dark night.

FOOT IS THE INDEX OF YOUR CLEANLINESS

                        In this modern world (where beauty is a major concern to every people) the efforts of the people to adorn themselves is only restricted to certain parts of their body. Major area of their notice is the ‘face’. But what about the other areas? If we admire a person, normally our eyes would notice how bright and clean the concerned person is. But few people have their ‘foot’ and ‘face’ at two extremities. Their face would be bleached so perfectly to correspond a celebrity. But their feet would be not cared, for many dirty structures to reside. A face that of celebrity’s and a feet that of a savage one is really a contrast. Closely try and witness what I’m about to say. A person keeping his feet clean and adorned will truly employ this clean factor in other deeds too. But if you see a person with the contrast that I’ve mentioned above, he would be silently wallowing in filth.  But he will pretend to be clean by keeping his face alone clean.
                       The emphasis on foot care is that we need to understand that ‘foot care’ matters as much as ‘face care’. Are we neglecting it because it is the lowest part of our body? If so follow what I say. After work or returning home after a strenuous routine, our body and mind needs relaxation. Switch on your water heater and have some luke-warm water in a tub and immerse your feet in it. Sit in a chair comfortably and close your eyes, meditating until the water gets cooled down. It is better if Dettol or lemon extract is added to it. After this, take a shower and clean your feet with soapy scrubber. Just like clipping our finger nails, clip your toe nails simultaneously. Weekly once, clean your heels with a smooth and rough stone in order to remove the dead cells.
                                 During bed time a mixture of 2 teaspoon of glycerin, 2 teaspoon of rose water and lemon extract can be applied to the feet to keep it moisturized. Or rather a moisturizer can be used to make the feet more lively.
                            But what about if the feet is already damaged? It never matters. A paste of neem leaves and turmeric is advisable to be applied over the crack on the heels. Brushing the heels during bathing will help remove cracks eff
ectively. If protection is given to your feet by wearing domestic slippers, most of the ill factors affecting your feet will not come in contact. Gentle scrub with lime skin, kills the bacteria present in the feet. For smoothened and soft feet, it is best to massage with mustard oil. Brushing feet using a scrubber soaked in salt water or in a cup of curd will soften your feet up to some extent.

                             I’m sure that these are a lot of points and tips when the feet is concerned, alone. So will you look after your feet while looking your face in the mirror? If you do so, you’re ‘the clean man of the year’ 

BE A HERO OF HEROISM

Everyone in this society, no matter what, strives to exist in a heroic state. That is, people want to show their superiority and maturity in dealing with matters. As I have mentioned the word “strive”, yes, people think that being heroic needs a lot of effort and struggle. With this concept in mind, many develop definitions of their own and act according to that. Whatever may be the definition, the concept remains the same. Also there are a lot of misconceptions among the people regarding this matter.
                “Being authoritative is what makes me feel superior” – this thought is one of the great misconceptions. This thought in turn leads to increased aggressiveness in the temperament. Even a child, from its very tender age, is brought up in such an aggressive temperament to maintain the pride and superiority of their family. This nature reaches its zenith during adolescence. The youthful spirit fans the fire, turning them into bullies and letting away politeness and decency.
                First of all, superiority doesn’t show up with the bully outlook and character. I’ll tell you what makes a person heroic. A heroic person should not subject himself to cheap thrills and pleasure. All humiliation and the negative feedback he gets from others doesn’t affect his manhood. He is an optimistic person trying to manipulate himself to be a better man through the available tools. That is, he grasps the opportunities firmly.
                He finds a meaning for his existence and accepts things as it is. This clarity and clever mind set gives our hero, a stylish look and charisma. He can address a group or the public in a more easier way without any hesitation and with direct eye contact, entertaining verses and a touch of humor. Last of all he would never try to be superior and that is what makes him superior.
                Unlike the olden times, the modern cinema portrays the hero with the similar qualities that I have mentioned above. This is the true portrayal of a hero. In some works like Byron’s ‘Harold’s pilgrimage’, the heroes are outlaws and rebellious. This aspect can also be added. The hero represents himself, naturally, as what he thinks that he is. His views are true and he justifies his views, by pointing out the laws of nature. That is nature would not keep anything, which is not according to the accepted elements. In this sense, the hero and his temperament remains still alive in the nature’s destiny. So his views are true and in harmony with the nature.

WRITE YOUR LIFE WITH YOUR OWN PEN

                              Depression is mainly caused due to the absence of interaction/ co-ordination between our physical and mental body. We do not wish to hear our inner voice. The mental body comprises of the soul and the mind. The soul sees to what is necessary for our body and conveys the message to the mind. The mind then conveys the message to the body through our brain, but we neglect the wants of our body. Who, at present, fulfills the needs of the body? Even if one is thirsty he does not drink water under the pretext of work. Thus the brain activity slows down making it vulnerable to all sorts of worry to enter thereby resulting in depression.
                              Due to evolution and commercial-mindedness a person’s mind and body acts independently in two different ways.  Normally, blocking of desires will cause depressions .Sticking onto the diet schedule will resist one from enjoying what he is in need of, actually. If a person wants to eat a cholesterol rich food like French fries or something else, it doesn’t mean that he asks merely out of desire. But most probably his body would be in need of the fat (which it lacks). The restraint on desires will lead to a thought of melancholy. So to overcome this thought “EAT WHATEVER YOU LIKE”. But if the food is bad to your health, maintain a long interval between the intakes. And also find alternate ways like exercises to counteract the damage caused by that food item.
                                    The usage of brain has been diminished from 97% to 3% by a normal human being, in these days, due to evolutionary changes and lifestyle. By altering the brain patterns and brain chemistry we can solve the problem of depression, drastically. To do this, at first, the negative thought pattern should be destroyed.
                                           Having the symptoms of sleeplessness, agony and pain in the body and addictions, the respective person should become aware of the danger he/ she would face. It is better to do simple exercises, physical training, developing positive thoughts, and early rising.  You can also follow things whichever would suit your schedule.

எனென்றால், அத்தகைய கவலைகள் தனக்குள் வந்தடைய அவர்கள்தான் விரும்பி அனுமதிக்கின்றார்கள்.

அவர்கள் விரும்பாத ஒன்று என்றுமே அவர்களிடத்தில் இருப்பது இல்லை.

Are you a fit person?

               As a part of daily schedule, developing our physique is a significant routine that each one of us should follow it regularly if possible. If not, at least three times a week would do.
            The main thing about developing your physique is not for the purpose of enhancing beauty.  Attractive physique is not necessary unless a person desires for it. I'm not exhorting this to make yourself look like the actors/actresses, but for your future to be pleasant and for your body to be lubricated. For instance, if a person of 45 years of age (doing a white collar job) tries to dance in a party/tries to lift his beloved one, will he succeed? Or can he do it even if he wishes? The obvious fact, at present, is that no one could lift even a stuffed bag of veggies from the market, on a Sunday morning, by chance the reason is that their arms are not used to carrying it regularly. Without a vehicle, an average person could hardly walk  100 meters. Doesn't all these things look weird for a member of the race which once hunted and chased profound wild animals long long ago?
Dear readers, what I’m going to convey is simple. DO NOT OBSESS OVER FITNESS. Make your daily exercises  simple. Try to concentrate more on arm and limb exercises. When you start doing these first, your abdomen will automatically come to a state to abide by your wish. These arm and leg exercises should be followed by pushups. Lifting small weights of 2 – 3 Kg for   30 to 50 times by each hand would give a toned look. Rotating arms with 1 kg weight for about 20 to 30 times is advisable. For limbs, two types would be apt. One is cycling and the other is sit-ups. Push-ups can range from ten to thirty times. One don’t have to do separate exercises for abdomen toning. These exercises will automatically command   your abdomen to reveal  its true toned form suitable for you.
Till the end of life, it’s our body which determines longevity of life. Keep this in mind to keep your body fit and stylish.

TABLE WORK IS ESSENTIAL!

                                                               The work I'm referring to is not your office work or any kind of work that comes to your mind with an image of strenuous efforts. This is rather simple or it may be in the way how you take it. Now honestly tell me who maintains an orderly table (at your home) with neat arrangements for your personal work like personal development,in keeping yourself informed and to give a chance and time for your hidden talents to show up and thereby  astonishing yourself and others around you. Well let me guess, it might be only a few people who could be easily numbered out. "Home is not an office" - many would argue but the table you maintain at your home is the anvil for you to be shaped up into a recognizable character in the society as well as in your family. Proper and regular Table work should be done for a considerable amount of 4 hours a day. Apart from this time you don't have to sit at your table even for a second. Even G.H. Hardy seems to have followed this routine to gain fame in his respective field.

                                                               On the other hand the work should not deprive of your fun. Keeping this in mind there is a way to turn the work into a fun part by switching between various works or hearing your beloved music or even indulging yourself in a good entertainment of your choice. This too (relaxation)  should only be on the intervals, when your body and mind doesn't cope up. You need not have to finish every work completely. It is enough if you have done it up to a satisfactory level. Then you can pursue another work.

                                                                At first your daily table work should involve "READING ANYTHING". Reading should be for fun and for the sake of gathering facts. Reading journals or even articles on any type of media is advisable. This should take half an hour of your stipulated time for table work. Should one be thorough in matters like current issue, sports, literature, politics, entertainment and some extra knowledge in your concerned field. And another half an hour should be spent on reading books on any genre, could be a novel or any such type. But strictly one hour must be engaged to concentrate on your currently learning syllabus incase if you're a student. But if you are a working person then concentrate on your office work for this one hour. The remaining two hours is for your creativity and spreading your essence around the world. Write your ideas or anything that comes to your mind in your diary and when you look at it daily you may get further ideas to develope your creation. Once after your views or creation has reached a recognizable form put it in words either in a book or in any of the social media for which there is lots and lots of facility nowadays.

                                                        To conclude a table is needed for your work. Perhaps a table is not necessary for those who do things on the go but only if you have a table of your own, you can make yourself co-operate to the drawn schedule regularly.

VITALITY OF SMALL SAVINGS:

What I am going to say is not new, perhaps many would have been telling it daily in each of our lives. This is only a reminder for us to follow it. Savings mainly pertains to money and that is obvious. Daily savings can play a lot of things in the later part of your life. As a routine one should have the habit of saving at-least a very small amount,daily. This is not enough but you have to totally forget about it. Never try to think of it until 10 years have passed since you have started saving it. After that time i.e, after ten years you can either use it at times of crisis or you can put the money in fixed deposit in-order to get monthly interest. Also by that time you would have developed the skill of saving without spending the money unless there is a crisis. Here's what I have given you a simple picture to show how much a person can save from an average income.

                    So,  Start your savings today on wards and enjoy it after             ten years. This may sound a bit crazy but I ask you to be on the reality of ground in-order to lead a lubricated life for ever.

EASY GUIDE- LEIGH HUNT's ON GETTING UPON COLD MORNINGS



INTRODUCTION:       
                             Everyone knows that it is pleasant to lie in bed on cold mornings. No one wants to get up at such an earlier time. But one gets up only on compulsion. Leigh Hunt deals with this familiar experience in a mock-serious way.
                          In the first part of his essay Hunt marks about the familiar hellish torture that one experiences on getting upon cold mornings; the reason behind this punishment of torture;to show how lazy people avoid early raising and how do active people are motivated to rise early.
                          In the second part he puts forward clever and deceptive arguments in favor of laziness by quoting many examples and facts.

HELLISH TORTURE:
               Everyone agrees that it is indeed very difficult to get out of bed on a cold morning. The sudden transition from warmth to cold is a 'hellish torture'. One gets up only on cumpulsion. He compares this torture to harpy-footed fairies dragging out lost souls out from fire and thrusting them into ice.

REASON BEHIND THIS HELLISH TORTURE:

                 Getting up on cold mornings and shaving are punishments given to mankind, for Adam and Eve had sinned against god. Before sinning they neither had snowy winters nor Adam was compelled to shave.

WAYS TO AVOID EARLY RAISING BY LAZY PEOPLE:

                  Hunt sets himself as an example to show the ways to avoid early rising. First of all he starts an inquiry about the cold weather outside to his servant who has the intention to wake him up. Next he commands to keep ready all the articles and dresses. Then he orders hot water for shaving and he finds excuse on saying that the water is too hot and so he needs some time for the water to cool down.Then at last he had no reasons to excuse and so he got up and was ready to shave.

ACTIVE PEOPLE's MOTIVATION:

                      Businessmen may get up early since they love money more than comfort. Some people who are slaves to daily routines or rather machines like barometer would get up early to maintain their pride.

ARGUMENT - SHAVING:
                He argues that shaving is a villainous custom since the cold razor is a contrast to warmth. Even Queen Eleanor divorced her husband King Louis of France because he had shaved his beard. So he states that beard adds impressive looks to man.

ARGUMENT- PLEASURE OF LATE RISING:

                He marks about the poet Thomson who accuses a man getting up late. Hunt says that even Thomson himself  used to get  up at noon thereby expressing his laziness. So no one could refuse the pleasure of late rising.

ARGUMENT-HEALTH:
              People say early rising is good for health. But Hunt says that there are no proofs for this, so far. But however sudden change in temperature, due to getting up from bed, may bring shock to the body and thereby affecting good health.

ARGUMENT- LONGEVITY OF LIFE:
                    If in case early rising increases longevity of life- is true, this does not mean that 'long things' are beautiful. For example, the longest street in London, Holborn, does not mean that it is beautiful because it is long. Likewise 'a short life with joys of late rising may be better than a long life with sufferings of early rising'

CONCLUSION:

                   Hunt has not neither moved the arguements to absurdity nor he has advised to rise late. He just brings out the 'pleasure in late rising'. 

         

A Piece From my work

              Everyone likes rainy days with the scent of the mud that grazes our nose when the showers of rain make their visit to earth. Even though we are happy we will certainly miss the presence our daily day acquaintance. You would have now guessed who it might be. It is our bright sun. This desire of inviting the sun to enjoy the rainy day with me, made to write a poem of plea (Perhaps a sonnet). I present it as follows:

                              A PLEA ON SUN's RETURN
                            Oh! Sun, I really miss you today,
                            For I have'nt seen you.
                            It seems as a dull day
                            And how about you?

                            Did you scold the big black cloud?
                            And why is it crying?
                            Do you know how much I loved,
                            when it was not raining.

                            Oh! Sun, please show your presence
                            And be studded in the sky.
                            If this never happens,
                            I'm sure to die.

                            Don't let me mourn,
                            So, come back soon.
